Rick,

You're on the right track with that link. However, I've got a way to save you a ton of cash and achieve the same effect:

Go to Home Depot / Lowes / etc. Buy large bottle of glue and 35 gallon trash bags.
Go to busy barber shop and ask for lots of extra hair.
Get to it...

Please post your pics when the project is complete.
