Better to drain what you have and start fresh with proper Motocycle coolant.

As promised.
The clutch was a PIA! Brake was 5 sec. They feel great! I should ad that they gave me a free upgrade to the C5 levers. The part # might not show this.

stolen 610

Hey everyone. My 2008 EFI 610 was stolen last Night or today.

It's pretty racked out so I'm more than a little surprised, but if anybody comes across any parts for sale in the PNW in the next few weeks please let me know.

It had a dinged up Lynxk HID fairing (white) Says Husqvarna on the right side only. Stock tank with a broken reserve sensor, there's a crack/JB weld on the stator cover, brand spankin new 606 and MT21 tires, HDB handguards and LED lights. Leo Vince that is literally wired on. and it had a wore out White Great Basin on it with some misc tools and 2 MSR bottles in it. Uptite skid plate, and the HDB says "this side up" on the handlebar clamp, and I have the keys still

SO if anybody sees anything like that in or near Seattle please let me know. THank you.

That sucks, Aaron. You and that bike have been through a lot together. I hope it comes home to you.

So today when I was WALKING to the damned bus stop, I took a weird route and went down a street I've never been on before, lo and behold there she was!!!!

The F.tards ripped all the wires out of the ignition. But I started having low battery issues and had to push start it the last couple times I rode it so I seriously doubt they ever got it started. They cut off the straps to my Giant Loop so they could look under the seat. Left everything in the giant loop including a couple liters of gas and my Leatherman and my heated gloves. So all in all just screwed me out of $500 for no reason whatsoever.

But it's my B.Day tomorrow so Yay! happy frikken birthday to me

So, on the service manual I have, the wiring diagram says the ignition key has 4 wires. But mine has like 7. Does anyone have a list of what they are?

Is it possible to open the ignition switch or do I just need a new one?

And upon further inspection I think they def. couldn't start it

Here's hoping they didn't fry the ECU trying to hotwire it.

Yeah doubtful. It's not really the thievery that bugs me, it's the abject stupidity of doing damage instead of opening a zipper. My last theft they broke a $400 window on an unlocked door.

Took the 610 out on a 46 mile ride that was the most crazy, nasty, gnarly terrain I've ever ridden. Sorry I've got no pics, but I can tell you these bikes are a bit heavy, but can handle anything you throw at them! We were luck enough to have an AA ride lead the ride, so following him made it more fun than scary. It was so tough, 46 miles took 6 hrs. What a great day on a great bike!

Aaron, glad you got your bike back!

Though I gotta say, I don't want to live where you live.
