Is that the Blue Ribbon Coalition sound test?
They seem to be on the ball when they do theirs. 80db must be at idle

HiYa TE610'ers,
Just a small request from your TE250 brother......Does anyone have a lower support mount for the rear rack that you care to part with? It's the one that the rack bolts up to under the rear fender. Can't seem to find one at the dealerships. If you've got one your not using I'd like to discuss it with you. Got lots of junk to carry!

Talking about mods: mud season is coming and I need a bigger tank.
Any news on progress with the IMS 4 / 5 / ??? gallon tank?

DellOrto Carb Manual
For those Husky's with the dellorto carb here is a great resource. Or if you just want to learn how a carb works this is a very good manual...

Fork Valve Adjuster Screws
The slots were snapped as one of the POs had stuck a screwdriver in them without loosening the nuts...

Ironman sprocket
After much nagging, Nate (sales@dirttricks.com) has agreed to make a 43t sprocket for me. Contact him if you want one. He normally only makes 45 and 46. He's also working on countershaft sprockets.

Problemo
Just got a 2007 TE 610 the other day, still in the crate....In mid-assembly right now..
Question for you owners: I'm having a problem mounting the front Left Hand side fairing that mounts to the gas tank and to the radiator. It sits right in front of the big "Husqvarna" stickered tank fairing... Anyways, this piece mounts to the gas tank fine, but when I try to bolt it onto the radiator, I have something like a 1" gap between the radiator mount and the fairing..... I'm thinking maybe the gas-tank is mounted improperly, but this is the way it came from the factory....![]() ![]() The 1 inch gap is on the arrow. |

This thing is brand new from the factory. I think the rads are in the right spot....its more the gas tank, I think.
