Been a while since I posted in this thread.
Question.
What kid of decent riding is there in the Randolph/Montgomery/Moore county area? I know Uwharrie is closed but I remember there being tons of dirt roads around there from my sportbike riding in the area. I have a few days off and plan to truck the DR up and ride in the central NC area on friday, and see if I cant hook up with a WNC group on saturday/sunday.
Also, anywhere good to park the truck and set out from?
Thanks

M &M, Uwharrie closed? News to me.
Tons of riding around the area - Sandhills Gamelands, Hoffman; Southern Lee County dirt roads; Montgomery County dirt roads near Uwharrie. Some off limits riding around Moore County as well. I've got a farm where you can off load in Lee County. TW

Had some today, thank you very much, BM.

Now if I just had forearms like Popeye, I wouldn't get arm pump.

Had dinner with Nick last night, great guy on an amazing trip. If you can, e-mail him through his web site for pointers around Raliegh. He'll be staying in Cary.

I'm out this weekend. Have to work a 24 hr shift Sat. I am hoping to get some wrench time in on the mini buggy Sud. My son has been bugging me about it sitting on the jack stands. If anyone is out in the Hope Mills area give me a ring and stop by the house.
