Just got a new spray booth for painting the exhaust on the CT3.
This one has built in hanging hooks and a white replaceable floor.

Yeah, I was doing this stuff when JFK was still up and walking. Figure THAT out!!!!!

Not me... :P

The van is out of commission, so I can't be going out and screwing up my only mode of transportation...

Yesterday, I used the KLR to pick up over $120 of groceries.. To include a couple frozen pizzas, a big ass bag of cat food, 3 loaves of bread... I got some looks while loading it up.

Make the dealer get the part here faster!

Damnedest thing happened... the crankshaft pulley fell apart. It's made in two pieces, the harmonic balancer in the middle and then the drive belt pulley is an outer ring bonded to the balancer with rubber. The rubber disbonded and the 2 pieces fell apart. And this is an 05 honda odyssey with 60K miles... Guess they don't make them like they used to...

The new pulley was $170 at the dealer and they were supposed to get it the next day. Online, it was $140 shipped, but I didn't want to wait. I may as well have gone with the online order.

Has the CT made it to the website yet? You've built some cool "junk" over the years. I rode old Harleys for years, as I pursued the "outlaw biker" dumb, drunk, moron lifestyle for decades...but I always liked a well done "Limey" chopper. Done right, in many cases they have that bare knuckle, street fighter look that you can't get with a HD. Fortunately I've been delivered from all that...but I'm always looking for the right "Limey" bobber project.

Website

Not yet.

Looking at redoing it to make it easier to upload pics and make changes.

Yeah...it used to be you could go out and have some fun and get into a fair discussion( ballbat, bottles, and maybe a pair of knucks). Then it got too crazy with lead and propellants. Good time to get away from it.
