Do you use ITN converter to make routes.

But then you have only streetmaps and not topografic maps, and you can not ride tracks for allroad crosscountry offroad.

I would like to have a Android or WM system.
Then you can put other software on them with maps.

One of the cheapest is peaklife, prolech, iwin, there many brands of this gps .but not such a big screen, waterproof.
Then you must look for software, learning curve.

Trackday dreams

Now where did I put my knee sliders?

Just bill out a front caliper adapter now and get a rear brake disc - then this old timer will be a nice corner carver.

But now Sweden is heading for winter...So the original 17/21-rims will be shod with a decent pair of offroad-tyres, thinking MT21:s or similiar. The motard wheels have to wait 4-5 months now for some action.

Now I have to do something about that rear fender.... Looks sad and tired.

I find the rear fender typical klx, like it, just only needs some green like the shrouds.

I put a extra led light under the rack and a led light in the originalfitting, so no more burning out.

took a little ride out behind my house

Took a little ride out behind my house today, went up to about 8,000ft. Was a good day of riding a little over 100 miles round trip.

Hey all!

Can one of the owners of KLX650R please provide some information on front suspension for me? I am looking for dimensions in length from top of the forks to axle and the width of the yokes. How good is the front suspension on lets say 1995 KLX? I am thinking of putting a set of USD forks on my 2005 KLE and at the moment I am only gathering info on different sets of front forks.

Thanks!

Getting ready for the longest day ride that is coming up on the 21st of December. Took my bike for a test ride today, it was bloody crankin. very short ride. got home to find oil over the whole ass end of the bike, sump was empty, coming home I thought it started to get off note, found the front sprocket shaft seal popped out. Only a new one. Lets hope the heads allright, ( cam tunnels ).

The chain to tight, happed me once all oil over the back 60 mm under 55mm to tight above 65 too loose.
And that was between 50 and 55, measured just behind the chainrubber.

Hope all is okay,

wish you a good ride, spot on. hope you make it this time.
