Trackday dreams
Now where did I put my knee sliders?
![]() ![]() Just bill out a front caliper adapter now and get a rear brake disc - then this old timer will be a nice corner carver. But now Sweden is heading for winter...So the original 17/21-rims will be shod with a decent pair of offroad-tyres, thinking MT21:s or similiar. The motard wheels have to wait 4-5 months now for some action. Now I have to do something about that rear fender.... Looks sad and tired.

Took a little ride out behind my house today, went up to about 8,000ft. Was a good day of riding a little over 100 miles round trip.

Hey all!
Can one of the owners of KLX650R please provide some information on front suspension for me? I am looking for dimensions in length from top of the forks to axle and the width of the yokes. How good is the front suspension on lets say 1995 KLX? I am thinking of putting a set of USD forks on my 2005 KLE and at the moment I am only gathering info on different sets of front forks. Thanks!

Getting ready for the longest day ride that is coming up on the 21st of December. Took my bike for a test ride today, it was bloody crankin. very short ride. got home to find oil over the whole ass end of the bike, sump was empty, coming home I thought it started to get off note, found the front sprocket shaft seal popped out. Only a new one. Lets hope the heads allright, ( cam tunnels ).
Cheers Fogo...
