Is someone regularly selling them on ebay, or was it a one shot deal?

ie: Got a link?

I searched "waterproof mini led volt meter"
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Waterproof-4...item1c2123d16e

There are 2 and 3 wire versions. I believe the 3 wire version is when the power source for LED is different than the circuit for which you are measuring voltage. 2 wire version should work fine as mentioned above in the successful installation.

I really have grown to love the ole klr....shes dependable...and with the suspension mods a real fun ride. I can pick it back up fully loaded even uphill. a huge plus for me...i always tavel solo and as much dirt as i can find. and i fall over a lot

she started like this....19k miles running strong for $1500

P.O. had done
doo.
airbox mod
k&n filter
big gun pipe....so loud.

for my trip from Florida to NY I added...

custom aluminum radiator shrouds.
moose luggage rack
made luggage from aluminum night vision cases
sw motech crash bars
sw motech center stand
gp 110's
quiet insert and spark arrestor for big gun.
fork boots
fork brace
dropped the front fender to the brace
f1 military shock
.52g front springs
stainless front brake line
gel grips
diy seat mod with airhawk under the cover and sheepskin pad
tall windsheild
e bay led lights...great for setting up camp.
happy trail skid plate
2 tool tubes with x tra fuel bottles
removed lowering links went back to stock
new proper length side stand with diy big foot welded on.
e bay pegs.
rear master cylinder guard.
acerbis hand guards
eastern beaver headlight relay harness.
new voltage regulator
volt meter
e bay dash with 12v socket
agm battery
subframe bolt upgrade
super tailight...the blinky one
stebbel nautilus horn

then she looked like this

over the summer i rode her everywhere... and added a few things

uni filter
d 606's
gps
removed the highway pegs
ricor intimidators
bar risers
heated grips and heated vest with heat troller
pivot pegs
gravity petcock
headlight bunny basher

rode her home on the tet-s 3k miles of pure fun.
then while back in flatlandia

new happy trail panniers and rack
side cover delete
vapor dash
custom speedo hub delete
320mm rotor
twin piston caliper
14mm master cylinder
ernie bell clutch mod
changed to an 18" front for the sugar sand and freakin love it...run a 120 t63 rear on the front
t-63 rear
08 exhaust header and stock pipe

most recent

hid headlight conversion
happy trail topcase
ims 6.6 gal tank
e bay brass choke actuator
removed crash bars

whats next....
as soon as she burns oil a 705 and stage 2 head...38k miles now and no real oil burning yet.maybe a little when i whip her hard off road
rekluse clutch
twin radiators.
Britannia composites fairing

after that...i dunno.... wings?...a rocket?...a rocket launcher?

im going to keep farkiling this thing until i run out of money or farkles.

all in all money well spent....it always brings me home...and with a big smile on my face.
and its slow enough that i get to keep my license.

+1, very well set up bike. Looks like you are getting good use from it.

hid headlight conversion
Could you please snap some pictures of where your HID wiring and stuff are?
I have yet to figure out where to put everything.
Mind you, I bought a bi-xenon car setup.
The wiring harness has extra wires for other headlight, which I can snip and cover.
Just don't know where to stuff everything and secure it all.

Possibly the best description of a KLR yet, IMHO

I've got heated grips in the mail, and as soon as I can afford it a Safari tank will be too. But as it stands, I love this bike. Plenty of power (and I came from a 140 whp sport bike lol) handles great, totally reliable, and I'm never scared to tear it down. I bought the bike mostly stock, the exhaust was the only accessory already on it. It's true what they say about farkeling being a sickness :)

Engine/Exhaust/Fuel
-Schnitz 705 Kit
-M-Tech Stage 2 head
-Doohickey spring
-ThermoBob
-PCV Valve
-Deep Hole fix
-V&H XCR exhaust
-KLX needle
-160 Main Jet
-Drilled Air box
-Uni Filter
-Barnett HD clutch springs

Suspension/Handling/Brakes
-Ricor Intiminators
-EM fork brace
-SS braided front brake line
-Top Gun 6.6 rear spring
-EM RL2 rear links
-16t front sprocket

Protection/Accessories
-Stebel Horn
-Rear Rack
-HT skid plate, engine guard, and nerf bars
-Painted wheels
-KLR tail pack and tank bag

Body/Electrical
-TrailTech X2 headlight w/ homemade lexan windshield
-Trailtech Vapor Stealth
-Acerbis fender
