Found his mods in this post. Running DRZ400 forks with BRP triple clamp. I may try contacting the sellers again and see if they have any insight onto the mounting.

I took a look and it is the same price, low beam HID and the included tax comes to $711 for either one, then there will be shipping on top of that. Just can't justify it, but I appreciate the idea.

See you have a link to Warp9 wheels in your sig, you ever used them on a KLR or similar bike? I'm tempted to try them out. Want something a little heavier duty than stock and [if they are decent] seem to be a good value.

Yes I'm running DRZ400 front forks with a DRZ Warp9 wheel there and an 18" KLR Warp9 out back... Been true for 27,000mi over the last 14 months now.

No rivets. It's in the third pic down, the one that shows the 3" section that I cut out of it. Cut it out of the inlet end. Tig welded it back together.
Cut the internal baffle down and assembled it like it was done at the factory.
It's not a cake walk, but very doable if you have good fab skills.

You buy directly from them and lace yourself or have them laced by them? Using there hub or stock hubs?
