Bay area farklemeisters?

Hey guys, need some help with electronicizign my RT. I'm a complete maroon when it comes to actually making stuff work right. I need help!

Need to install an Autocomm, Blue Seas, misc power for XM, MP3, GPS, and etc.

I have an idea, but I lack A. the mad electronic skillz yo and 2. a wiring diagram of my bike so I/we can make my driving lights work and not run down my battery.

M., M., M. don't be intimidated by electrons. Feel the flow and all will be well.

First think about what you want to do. Do you want everything to turn off when the bike is tunred off ot the key? Or do you just want selective things to shut off like the lights.

So start with a list of how you want each item to work and from there you can do the wiring part easy.

A relay on the blue sea controlled by the rear running light circuit will shut off all that is attached to it and is fairly simple to do.

You may want to consider running the GPS continually and need to wire that to the battery or some other constant power source.

If you were here I would love to lend a hand, but you left Blacksburg and the weather has not changed yet.

I didn't figger the Burg had changed too much. Didn't in the 7 years I was there...

I have an idea what I wanna do: electronicize my tank bag. I also want it to be neat and tidy. The former I can do. The latter is what's getting me flustered.
