Sorry for digging up this old thread, but its actually one of the only informative threads i copuld find about Corsica.

Now on to the problem: If one would only have 2 days to ride around on this wonderfull iseland, what would guys recomend doing/riding for sure. What do you guys consider as a 'must have done'? Keep in mind i only have 2 days to spend...

Of course 2 days that is very short and it will depend on where you will start.

The road along the sea from Ile Rousse to Cargèse is a must.

The one from Propriano to Bonifacio is top (and the visit of Bonifacio)

The inside land road from Solenzara to the Bavella pass and Zonza and then down to Propriano via Quenza, Cargiaca, Loreto di Tallano is splendid.

For sure all that will keep you busy for 2 days.

We're thinking about taking the ferry from livorno italy to bastia.
I'm trying to set out the route you're describing in google maps but can't seem to find loretto di tallano.

Thank you for diggging up this thread..... I'm planning to be in Corisca mid-June and this thread is a big help in trip planning.

I´ve been there too, in may 2010: great island, beautiful scenery and good food, top for ridin' and nice people too.

You definately don't want to miss riding from the top to Bonifacio through the western side.

Bastia worths a visit but only that. Ajaccio is ugly comparing to the rest island. Bonifacio worths a night spending.

Depending the time and season you are about to go, you must be prepared for extra heat on the southern part, this is Mediterranean, no shit taken
