Arai XD help please.......!

I've been trying to find a part for my XD now for several months. I've called and left messages at Arai and e-mailed to no avail. My local dealer has ordered what they thought were the right parts but they aren't......

Here is a pic of what I need and the parts that I already have. Can anyone tell me how in the hell I get this thing fixed?
