Klr650 overheating, can't find the cause, help?

Okay so the KLR is overheating badly. It will overheat at idle or at speed in about 3 minutes.

So far I have:
Flushed the radiator twice water comes out clean.
Pulled the thermostat and put it in boiling water, it opened fine.
Pulled the impeller cover, no play there and it spins with the engine.

The fan is not working (it was a few days ago?) but I wired it up to stay on and the bike still overheated just as quickly.

I am stumped here. Anyone have any ideas on what to look at next?

I cleaned the carb today and it's running great, sprayed carb cleaner around while it was idling an can't find any vacuum leaks.

I'm
About at my wits end!

You may have air trapped in your cooling system. Try idling a bit with the radiator cap off and see if it will burp out some air.

I have done that about 4 times. It just overheats and blows coolant everywhere

could be a blown head gasket or cracked head. time for a cylinder leak down test and cooling system pressure test.
