Awesome photos everyone! I've never seen "peak color" and the leaves changing in person. Always too far South for the real rich stuff.

I was thinking of heading up into Arkansas from Austin, Texas soon. I know it's difficult to predict. But, to those who know the Southern, Mid, and Northern forests of Arkansas... when would be my best shot for two weeks when I might hit "peak" coloring in these areas?

These photos are so beautiful, I simply have to see and photograph some for myself. :-)

I will not call them the best, but good. I took these thursday for my friends that don't have fall down in florida. They are from ogden canyon, utah.
