Romania, short (but beautiful) off-road trip

Hi everyone!

It's called Transalpina, or DN67C, Romania's highest road, reaching 2145 m. It crosses the Romanian Carpathian mountains from Novaci (south) to Sebes (north) and it's also one of the wildest and most "misterious" road Romania has. As far as I know, it was built in WWII for militay purposes but scarcely travelled. Since then, it continued deteriorating as a result of almost no maintainance work done to it.
I've been there with a friend of mine, and it took us quite some time. Not because of the harsh terrain, but for the need of stopping each 100m to take pictures. I know, most of you have seen better, but for us, "adventurers at the begginer level" let's say, it was... exquisite.
I own a F650GS Dakar and my friend an Africa Twin. Both bikes took it like they just didn't care. Increddible machineries!

I'll start uploading the pics, one by one, so please be patient.
First of all, an approximate map, just to have an ideea for your maybe future trips to sunny Romania.
