I took this photo in the early Eighties, I saw a documentary in the Nineties and there was a picture of this sign and that old car bumper bar was still lying under it!
I was back there in 2008 and they have moved the sign to a service station just up the road, a faded memory of it's former glory, ripped up and moved by cold hard commercialism.

I wish we had read this one at the start of our journey (4,500 km earlier !)

Can anyone translate this one ?

Yup - we did 4,500 km across India in this ! And that sign says we are in a tiger reserve. The Tuk Tuk did about 30 mph flat out - how fast can tigers run ?

Nice ,30mph , you tunning the engine ? Not fast enough , a Tiger can run up to 32 mph . Miss the 4 only on the Side Panels
