I mentioned to Gretta it could be brought with you in July.

Thanks for the find and good CSI work. Now I know my bike is part Ninja. Cool!

Now to go over the rest of the bike and see what else fell off.
So that is how you get better gas mileage than Greg and I. You pack half as much as us and drop parts on the way to lighten the bike. Very ninja stealthy tactic. Will have to keep an eye on you next trip.

The Broken Bit...

Actually, BackRoader, it was a bit different again. I've sent you a picture as I do not have permission to post it here. Healing progresses. Patience is hard. The bike is in good hands.

Yawatd...

OOPS! This post was intended for the Winnipeg Forum. My Bad.

I'm headed for BC on Tuesday, but was wondering if there is interest in Yet Another Winnipeg and Area Tech Day when I return...?

"Doos" and valve shim checks are most in demand, but I can raise a query with the powers at UAEL (Universal Aero Engines Ltd) to see if Rick would again offer his services as welder and machinist for exhaust mods.

Timing would again be on a Saturday to make the most of people's free time; likely on June 16.

What say ye?
Cheers!

PS. Would the person who has my 10 mil combination wrench from the last tech day please take good care of it.
It's the only one I had.

my two cents

There's not much that I can add; thanks to everyone for posting the photos. Great stuff from Lee; I love the helmet shots.
Here are a few of mine that don't overlap whats come before.

Probably more than ten percent of the Canadian DR BIG population on site at NOFAR 2012

Old Fart At Play ready to depart for home. (thanks Steve for taking the time to discuss the relative merits of the three DR's---Possible acquisition news to follow in the future...)

Here is my 1976 Yamaha DT400 Enduro visiting the marina at Bruce Mines on Sunday morning

And once again as I arrive in the village of Rydal Bank

Great, thanks for sharing.
Where's the bit with road into camp.
Three people dropped bikes on that and would love to relive it.

Sorry the video of the road into camp got a water drop on the lens so decided not to put in. Had 12 hours of video to get into just over 5 minutes. Talk about cut and chop.
