Rob, stayed there last month...it's a little pricey given there is nothing special. Twice the price of a tenting site, just no set up and take down.

Ya I've stayed in those. A shed with a plywood bed for the price of a motel. Lol

Gord, log shed sounds way better and well within the over inflated price they charging. Did you check out the folding shoes?

I tried to look thru the window of one at one of the KOA's I stayed in on my trip but couldn't see much. I kinda figured they were just the shell and bunk bed. I still like the out of the way areas better than getting a motel room in some town. I feel a little better leaving the bike out at the KOA than at a motel. It might beat lugging the camper also, maybe save a couple of bucks in gas money too...to spend on the Kabins

If I can scrape up some extra money in the next couple of weeks...if work lasts that long...I am heading to the Peg for 4 eye removal and then maybe back down to Ouray and possibley Moab again. See what happens...

Hey Mike...

It was my bad...I sent Greg the picture, and asked him to post it on ADVrider for me...I never have any luck with trying to post them on the forum myself...I did post it on my flickr page, complete with caption, but I never thought to remind Greg who was who...

Thank you for the fine Thunder Bay MadHouse kinda hospitality to both you, and Feliz...we were well taken care of, and are looking forward to coming back on our way home...

Thanks to Backroader for posting the pic of Piffle and Nanabijou...

Yuck! We're in the middle of surviving our yearly forest fire up here at the mining camp. Didn't think there was anything left to burn!

Just had a look at them. Interesting.... I wonder if they'd pack much smaller though and also how comfortable they are.

It'll take a lot to get me away from my sketchers. They're comfy..and pack small too

Was at Sportcheck last week and they had shoes very similar to the ones you were wearing at Dan's. I will stop in next week and send you a photo.

I'm all stocked up on new Sketchers now Jim. They don't bring the ones I like into Canada so I got a few pair from the U.S.
