I know, OTR don´t come cheap...

But since you live in Turkey there should be some bazaar that hold sales of foam?

Once you get a comfy foam try this instruction?

Thank you very much for those links Manneman.

Strange though it sounds I'm having difficulty finding the right foam here in Turkey. The upholsterer who works out of a shop next to the guy who services my bikes and who does great seat covers reckons he can't get the right foam for additional padding! I will look into different foam suppliers.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Kind Regards,

Dickyb

?

Do you mean that the tiny fuelpump on the dash has dissapeared or what? I´m not sure what you mean?

Agree with digahole78 - best looking xt660r I've seen! Mine is never gonna look this good but I'd love to know how you've secured that rotopax where the tail pipe used to be. I'm looking to use that same space on mine now I've got a single can exhaust but not sure how I'd get something like that attached using the fixing that remains? It doesn't look like you've used a pannier frame...

I will... the DNA filters let fine dust though... so I will put
a piper cross oil foam in... just got to get around to ordering one..
If you are going ride on dusty gravel roads.. get a oild foam filter..
The other prob with them is I have had water dueing river crossing
up on the side DNA filter.... If I had stoped in the river it could have
been a issue..
