'03 KLX 400 Carb question

Just picked up a nice stock '09 KLX400. I'm used to my DR650 with the MX carb so want to juice up the KLX

I'll be using it for hard trail & woods riding, no racing. Making it street legal but only for short needs between trails and such, still have the DR and a couple others for any real street stuff. I say no racing, but, my son is trying to talk me into and enduro....

Anyway, I ordered and received a JD jet kit. Before I install, I want to be sure I'm keeping this carb.

Is the FCR worth the 4x $$$ over the stock carb with JD jetting?

Never mind, installed the jet kit and it's awesome! A bit spendy...
