3 Weeks!

That's going to be one heck of a ride report.

Glad you made it back safely.

Yeah, with my literary and photography skills... It may have to wait for a keg and a bonfire to be told.

Thanks, We had a blast.

I think I'm gonna sell a white 2007 YZ250F. My 16yo son gave it back to me to pay back a debt (bummer... I need a new riding buddy) and I don't really have a need for it. It has been well cared for on the inside--runs like a top (NEVER an issue with kick and go for the last 4 years we've had it), but it is rough around the edges externally (needs levers installed, needs chain/sprockets, a good clean-up, general TLC, might need a fork seal). I haven't researched/priced it yet, but thought I'd check here to see if anyone wants it cheap before I put the TLC into it to get it ready to sell... I have my own wrenching to do.

Right now, I'd subtract the stuff it needs plus '3 beers/hour labor' from whatever it's worth, and knock off another $100 so I don't have to mess with it.

Me and Wes just ran the 950's up the backside of Amicalola Falls. They graded the section between the plane wreck and the park. Several downed trees from yesterday's storms.

I hope you don't mean the last 1/4 mile...the mud hole and rocky section?

Surprised we didn't run into you. Did the same and rode fs roads 42, 77 and 28-1 back to wissenwhatever where we had parked. Me on the 950 and Mike on his 450. Flux, I met you at the scrub one time a couple years ago, didn't know you bought a 950.

SloDon, that's right. I was shocked. It's still rougher than a typical fs road but nothing like it was. Graded the whole way through.

Kelly I remember you. We only rode for an hour or so. Just needed to get out a bit. Hope you are enjoying GA.

It was a great trip. Expensive 'cause I lost my phone somewhere around Paradise, MI, but a great trip.

Maybe someone will find it and contact you if they can figure out how.

My wife was putting away a shopping buggy Friday evening in the store parking lot and saw a small purse left in another buggy. She said at first she thought it was a kid's purse, but looked inside to find a big wad of cash, debit card, ID, etc. Hopefully the person at the store's Customer Service desk was honest.

Lets hope the service desk person was honest! About 5 years ago, I was getting settled in the Delta Crown Room and found a big diamond stud earring in the sofa I sat down in. Took it up to the service desk to ask if anyone had reported a missing earring, the lady said, "no, but I'll keep it in case anyone asks...". Yeah, right...I told her to keep my business card instead and I'll keep the earring! No one ever called...still have it Took it to a friend's pawn shop in Dawsonville and he said it was 1 carat and very high quality.

Always good to keep one's Karma on the plus side...and not give someone else the opportunity to ruin theirs!

Oh shit, now Flux will be on me about talking about jewelry!

Cheers!
