Looks like I need to join the LC8 club, and go exploring with you guys. I have ridden very little in that part of the state. Riding the pig would be fun, if everyone were riding them.

Anybody up for going to this thing Friday PM or Saturday morning? I'll be staying at that dumpy Chateau Elan joint near Road Atlanta. Leaving in T-minus 5 hours. I'm not into golf, horses, spa treatments, or wine tastings, so it would be cool to get away from the fat cats and do something FUN. Anything else to do in that area?

Monte don't waste you time at that event it is like a dew rag fest either loud pipes and assless chaps
or strecthed swingarms and rap music.Not worth your 10 bucks to get in.

Thanks for the tip as I'm not really into those aspects of "the lifestyle". Just got checked into the room. This place ain't too shabby. Not used to having a bellhop unload the car and cart the luggage. Passed a snow plow on highway 53 in Gordon County on the way over here. Looks like tonight is gonna produce some rather interesting weather.

Chateau Elan is a nice place I did most of the construction Layout in there for years.
I spent several years of 10 to 12 hour days over there.
They put alot of groceries on my table!

Cool thing close by if you have the kids is the mayfiled dairy the ice cream just taste better!

I came here with the wife to get away from the kids She is in a corporate bigwig meeting, so it's time to go do some of this.
