UT is worth a see. I went to Zion np in summer of 88 - first time west of the Mississippi. Was clinging to an anchor chain a thousand feet above the floor when we came up on an 80 year old woman. The trail is named Angel's Landing; it's a fin of sandstone sheer on both sides. She had honeymooned there (30's or 40's i think) as a newly wed with her departed and wanted a last view.

I have a friend who lives in Moab and takes incredible pics of that area. May try to get out there and dual sport a bit.

Great looking bike Fireman!! I found this video of a bike like yours a while back. Are you going to ride it like this? (Skip to 8:50 minutes. The story is corny, but the riding is incredible.)

That was a long time ago - 25yrs this summer. Was just a kid with nothing to look after. I had been back packing our region and was interested in going west. Worked two jobs stashing every cent then lived on the cheap tenting with exception of some family, friends and a couple of travelers me along the way.

Would be much harder to do now.

Wow nice bike! It even has the Vortex ECU. I would be most interested how she runs with this.
