Pretty much all my family who have passed on are buried at either Holly Creek or Cool Springs. My old stomping grounds. There use to be a couple of good pig trails on the west site of Fort Mountain that we'd take trail bikes up back in the day. Good views back down on the valley, but steep and rough. We'd get to those trails off of that road. All private property though. Wasn't such a big deal back in the late 60's early 70's, but not these days.

Gonna try to take the grandson camping/fishing off the Ural this weekend. Look for a black Ural and tent set-up around Wolf Creek road or Windfield Scott if there is any spots left {which I doubt, hence the wolfcreek alternate}. He loves bikes so drop in if you see the bike.

For the guys riding windy in the morning are you just riding up tibbs then back down the forest service road? I live in Chatsworth and may join in.

Have no idea what the trails are like or how they connect but my understanding is we are going up Tibbs and down windy gap? Sounded like a good loop to me. But I don't know the area. :) I just want to ride some fun trails.

See y'all at 9! :)

Yes they connect but they are not the usual forest service road-in fact the term 'road' should be deleted. That will give you an idea of what you're up against.

Oh, before I forget(it's the percocet kicking in) I'll have to bail on this ride. I managed to detach my left clavicle from my sternum this afternoon after a nice header over the bars

Y'all have fun and watch out for those bar snatching branches...
