Did some more exploring today, despite it only being 40 degrees.. found a grave site right along side a trail.. Kinda spooky. Looked to have fresh flowers (artificial) but neatly placed and everthing was in order. Probably visted recently and often, despite it being way out in the woods.. Took a few pics, thought I would share.

Nice Pics Python.

Hey, is that a 60 series GPS? 60C(s)x?
How does it do in the woods? I think the CX series has the SirfIII and supposed to do much better. Do you have an issues with the batteries and vibes, or are you powering it off the bike?

Yeah its the 60CSX.. No troubles at all.. I use batteries... Theres a little trick I use.. I do have vibration in the handlebars on the dr650, but I use the crossbar pad, and I position the ram mount arm so it rests fully on the pad, so the pad takes alot of the vibration and helps makes the mount more solid.

trail

That looks like some long forgotten trail. No 4-wheelers have found
it either.
Awesome-love that stuff.
When ya find trail lke that I always wonder who put t here and
how long ago. Cool to find old abandonded houses with no road to
and fro.
Thanx

Tony
