Making a rmz450 street legal

Just like the title says. Is it possible to make a RMZ450 into a street legal bike like say the DR400 super moto?

Other than having to install lights, signals, speedometer and getting some supermoto wheels what else is required? Or is it not even possible?

Can an electric starter be added as well?

Reason I ask is because I have a great rmz450 but I want to turn it into a dual sport / supermoto bike.

What say the inmates?

Thanks

I did that to a WR426....but TX is pretty cool about that stuff.

2 brake pressure switches
Hi/Low bean headlamp with 3 prong plug
LED 1157 for the rear.
Mirror
DOT tires
Squeeze horn
Bar switch for headlights

TX inspection and 30 minutes with a VERY knowledgeable lady at the DMV, I cam out with a tag.

Wuuut? where u see this?

To the op, I think it really depends on the state laws. Its really hard to get one titled here in NC from what I hear, but as others say, states like TX it is easier. Jake the garden snake on youtube rides around on a legalized WR450, mainly with just a head and taillight, no signals really & he is in Texas.

Don't forget lighting coil. In fact, you better call around and find out if anyone makes one for that bike. That could kill the whole project

Edit: now that I think about it, they do have fuel injection, so there has to be some sort of elec. system in there
