Posing in the driveway. I was taking pics of the other bike and the KLR snuck in there.

Stablemate for the KLR - 91 KE100. Old school tech 2 stroke but street legal and price couldn't be beat.

Teaching my wife to ride it in the yard before we move up to backroads

Thought about it - it's a trip to ride. But I pretty well max out the stock suspension - It's the pinnacle of early 1970s moped tech and I'm certain it's all original so no bueno for anything over poking speed offroad right now. Gotta get a valve adjustment, new battery, barkbusters, choke relocate, and tires installed on the KLR and I'm on the road this week so I don't know that I'll get around to redoing the suspension on the little guy.

I'm at the cabins Thurs evening through Sunday sometime. Maybe I'll bring it over just to rip up and down the gorge and keep the neighbors up. Ride to supper, beer runs, etc. The muffler is likely oem 1991 and it's running a tad rich to boot so I'm sure they'll love it. They don't call them two smokes for nothing, right

along the TET/TET-s from fort lauderdale to old forge NY

love my hammock 13 nights of great sleep...

a little nap when i got dead ended and tried to do a 10,000 point turn on wet mud covered in pine needles....it does not look it but the pig is pretty upside down here.

good thing i brought my warn along

it was 112f..the bike started missing/sputtering..i thought it was the carb so i cleaned it...but it was the voltage regulator...i pulled it out from under the seat and zip tied it to the frame by the airbox....all good.

new tire time...it was brand new 5 days ago...thats why i brought one along...nice to have it under me rather than up on the case. those cuts go down to the belts

i've only had 2 flats on a motorcycle in my life......both were in the last 2 years

both were in fucking Pennsylvania wtf did i ever do to Pennsylvania

most of the good pix are on my point-n-shoot and i left that in the Adirondacks....ore to come when i get up there next week.....

That is superb! A winch to lift a downed KLR is brilliant. Hammocks are also brilliant (Looks Like a War Bonnet Hammock to me). Looks like you know what you're doing!!
