Not a FUN KLR pic.

Kawasaki, your right there is no problem with the doo, once you install an Eagle Mike doo.

I'm headed to the hardware store for a flexible magnetic fishing tool, wish I could "noodle" for the chunk of doo
that's hiding in the sump.
Here's the story, post 5406 http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...1#post20869191

Broke my usual procedure this evening to take off my helmet and stow my headphones in the tank bag. Never break procedure, you'll only look stupid.

Okay, I'm a rookie at this picture sharing, but I put the photo on Photo Bucket and pasted the URL in here using the insert an image button.

So, how do I put a photo of my KLR in here?

Thanks,

Greg

This is URL that you used for the broken image:

"http://http//s1356.beta.photobucket.com/user/klr650goldwing/media/Picture0262_zps668de732.jpg.html?sort=3&o=2#/user/klr650goldwing/media/BigHorns08012_zpsb78626d3.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0&_suid=136261100921705780302201012657"

That first bit "http://http//" is jacked. First problem.

In Photobucket the info you want to copy/past into the forums is the "direct link" from the list of options on the right-side margin, which is http://i1356.photobucket.com/albums/...psb78626d3.jpg

Paste that in the forum "insert image" button, and voila:

NICE photo!

I personally"copy and paste" the image file, not messing with the URL or direct link. Probably works lots of ways but seems easiest for me.....

Ijust had a look. You did it almost right the first time but you accidentally removed the colon at the end of http, so instead of reading
Code:
http://http://s1356.beta.photobucket.com/user/klr650goldwing/media/BigHorns08012_zpsb78626d3.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0
it read
Code:
http//s1356.beta.photobucket.com/user/klr650goldwing/media/BigHorns08012_zpsb78626d3.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0
That colon, like yours, is rather import in the relevant position. Unlike your colon, that one is easy to delete by accident. ;)

Plus one, that's how I do it.
In photo bucket go to the upper right corner of your picture and a gear looking thing comes up. Roll over it and select "get links" go to IMG Codes for forums and boards and copy.

Paste in your post like this.
