They had a hard time getting it to idle for the "little ripper" but he managed. A future inmate.....

This is what Canada looks like in the middle of January. Not what you'd expect, eh. You can actually see the creek's former ice surface below the flash melt water. The surrounding hills were blanketed in snow the day before.

Southern Ontario dips further south than the northern border of California.

Toronto is the fourth largest city in North America, recently surpassing Chicago for the honour behind Mexico City, New York and Los Angeles.

Coast of Maine...

It's terrible stay away

I guess I really need to stop and take more pictures... Maine is a beautiful state with lots of riding between the sea coast and the mountains.

A ride to Northern, Minnesota,
it's quite awful around here as well
Damn lakes and back roads everywhere, they lied, we have MORE than 10,000 lakes.

Hardly any people up north and we have to bear the burden of being the home of Aerostich.

Sorry I missed the question earlier ..

Nope .. they act like little mini fairings and carry a spare front tube and tire repair stuff .. and some handy items ..

.. the only potential "real" issue is your knees are in contact with them .. which I don't mind now that I am used to it .. gives my knees a flat "landing" space instead of that bar to hit ..

.. also .. highway bars/pegs .. you have to be very careful using highway pegs as it puts your leg in a jamb and you will remove skin for your shin if/when you slam on the brakes and slide forward in the seat .. on a stock seat or raised seat I would not try using the highway pegs at all, you'll tear your shins up without protection ..
