That looks to be the Tenere large tank, at least based on other pictures I've seen of the tank.

ok here's mine....
Bought new in 2005, now done 38000kms with no problems. Gets used for play, commuting 114kms per day, adventure rides and just whenever I need to go somewhere. Would have liked an F650GSD but at twice the price of one of these I would have been crazy . It took me a while but I love this bike now. It aint the most glamorous but does everything I ask of it and then some .Andy. XTC screwed with this post 03-07-2007 at 04:14 PM |

![]() Finally put some 606's on mine and went trail riding again this past weekend. Was a lot of fun, but with the ground still frozen in spots it was bear to push up a couple hills...took all 3 of us.

AnyTenere guys out there
I'm the brother of a die hard yamaha guy. Rode his tenere 600xtz from WI. to WA. for the bmw ralley. He got the tenere from a guy who got it from a french guy on hoilday in the states and had to leave for home and left the bike. The bike was old enough to do the broadway title company deal.
He isn't the computer type of guy but I'll get some picks of the bike for you guys. |

My 1992 XT400E is now an XT600K.....No worries mate,I can handle kick starting this wimpy little single. It's gunna kill me man! It's in summer storage now - I'm not kick starting a bike in summer! Life should be more on track by winter and we'll be out on the back roads again.
