The standard one they sell needs you to do some minor rewiring (to connect AC/DC circuits) if you float the ground. I rewound my own stator and bought their standard regulator from my dealer. I noticed on the TT webpage that they had a regulator with the necessary wiring split and connectors built in, but they only sell it as part of their complete kit (w/ stator). Fortunately since I live locally they agreed to swap it for me. I guess I like easily reversible wiring changes

I bought a full 120W DC Trailtech kit with lightened flywheel from Darryl as well, and he was awesome to deal with. GREAT prices on the TT stuff!
