I've heard they have the best pie! I didn't know that when I rode through there, so unfortunately didn't stop. Next time for sure!

I rode America's Lonelist Highway (Hwy 50) through Nevada, Utah and California last year.

Here's the blog site report: LINK

That is a lonely, lonely road...

I remember riding that road on my Kaw 1000 back in '81. I didn't know it was the loneliest back then, just the straightest way to Lake Tahoe. I wish I had stopped at some of the sites. The only place we stopped was a bar in a small town, probably Eureka. Your report brings back good memories. Thanks.

In Australia

Near Urana NSW Australia, very long and lonely.

West of Waratah Tasmania

Nundle NSW

Between Dirranbandi and Hebel Qld. Long and lonely out here.

Brewarrina Road VERY long and lonely.

North of Ivanhoe NSW. Not lonely as there are plenty of sheep, cows, kangaroos
wild pigs and emus to jump out in front of you and keep you company.
