How many hours/miles on your KTM 450/530 ??

How many hours/miles on your late model KTM 450/530 ????
Specifically 2008 and up.
I heard piston and rings were recommended at 150 hours, but I know alot of you put alot of miles on your street legal 450/530 so would like to hear about it, and what work was performed.

5000 miles and around 200hrs I think. Just now doing my first chain replacment. Had the rings done at 2500 miles, only because i had some of the weaker rings when I originally bought the bike. The newer ones are nitrate infused and have had no problems since. Mine is a 2009 XC-W 530

Is it the cam chain your replacing ? Is there a certain mile/hour recommendation on that ?
Also, are you staying with the stock tensioner ? , cause I was reading about the Dirt Tricks hydraulic/ratcheting unit, and it looks like the ticket.
