2007 CRF150R Supermoto (Pics)

Well I finally laced the 17s to my CRF and took her for a spin today and all I have to say is damnnnnn Between the power and handling it is the best mini I have ever ridden. Here is a list of some mods:

full Ti Pro Circuit
BBR Suspension
Oversize Brake
CRF450 Caliper
Sun Rims with stock hubs
Acerbis Bark Busters
Bars
Custom Velocity Stack
SME sliders

I think that is about it. I can't wait for the spring!!

You got it. Indoor SM racing in PA. It is a 40,000 sq foot warehouse that they run every Wed. and Sunday during the winter. It is a blast

from what I have been hearing they do not hold up well to full on roadracing. Some were speculating that it was like the xr100 where they burn a lot of oil. The xr100 burns ~300cc/hour of racing so sometime into the 3rd hour it will die. The word I have heard is the crf 150 uses even more oil then that
but the power is unbelievable.

all just what I have heard and I am passing on unfound rumors .

What you are hearing for the most part is correct. You have to keep an on the oil level. Mine has not been burning any oil but I make sure to check it quite often. A few guys were trying to run 6 hour enduro races on them and they popped.
I hope someone makes an oiler cooler or something to add more oil to them. The little bike hauls ass though, the performance is amazing!

All the tracks are closed for the season. Middletown does a 4 week indoor series (flat track) in Jan and that is it. Racing and practices start up end or March/ April.

Sweet! My wife has a KX100 that's all modded out for off road, I'm always tempted to run it in a mini-moto race too. Similar power output to the CRF, but of course much less tractable.

Are these R or F 150's? Sweet bikes either way. I heard a few guys blowing up the R motors running them on small road racing courses.
I hope someone makes an oil cooler or something to be able to add more oil! I have been asking around and still heard nothing.
