Nothing specific, just checking. Was something supposed to follow the colon in your last post?

Thanks for the update.

After the colon, there's usually this... . But I just posted a recent photo of the bike.

Thanks Doc, for some reason the pic didn't show yesterday.

I got to spend some time on a Ducati 696 recently in it's factory nekkid config, and was thinking to myself "this would be a cool adventure bike platform..." and then remembered the terra monstro! Cool thread, and I agree with Dr. Rock about the price, as I probably have close to $20K wrapped up in my KTM Adventure if I added it all up over 2+ years, which includes street & dirt wheels, custom suspension, blah blah blah. Having an entire bike custom built and tuned for YOU for the price of the Terra Monstro seems totally reasonable, even for a poor stiff like me.

Very cool. Please post some Ducati dual-sport porn pics from time to time!

I think TerraMostro have the same front fork as Honda XR.

I know. Modded Kayaba forks from the XR650R, modded head tube (and other parts) so the overall dimensions (and ride) ie. axle-axle, handle bar to pegs, rake / trail, etc, are similar to any other modern hard-adventure/ dual-sport dirt bike. The only way the front wheel can hit the front cylinder is by completely destroying the front forks, or by removing the front wheel, and then smacking it against the engine.

I have a question

Admittedly it has been a while since I read this entire thread, so this might have answered. Has any fellow inmates actually purchased one of these? If so, how about an actual testimonial. They look cool, but I would really like to hear from someone who bought one.

Dr. Rock is right. It's the XR650R suspension and works well on the bike.

I love my highly modded XR650r, which sounds amazing at power but I'm still haunted by that Ducati sound. Nothing like it. Just a matter of time.

I was just wondering that myself as I just tried to find their home page on Google and it doesn't appear to be working. :(

Maybe DocRock will chime in when he catches up from their last ride.
