Hepco Becker Aluminum Cases won't mount to H&B universal mount

ok, i'm pretty frustrated right now. here's what's up:
I'm trying to test my Hepco Becker universal mounts with a Hepco Becker Standard Aluminum case. H&B says the mount works for that case. There is, however, almost a full inch gap between the latch and the metal tab that it needs to latch on to. I'm not sure what's going on here, but I figured if i posted some pix, you guys might be able to shed some light on what might be wrong here.

Here's the first...

I think you're missing the latch hook. There should be a U-shaped bar that mounts to those tabs in your pic and the bag grabs onto that bar.

thank god that's all it is, if that is the case. should the latch hook come with the cases or the mounts?

The latch plates and shim plates come with the bags not the racks.

It appears that these pieces are missing.

thanks,
Andrew

I suppose you're andrew, right? I was planning on sending you an email this afternoon. Do you carry those parts? I'd rather buy them from you than TT. I'm also planning on getting a right side case from you too (i think i emailed you about it a few weeks back)

Thumb Andrew came through for us also

Andrew bailed us out when we bought a rack from him, for the Wee, and tired to mount Gobis, that came off another bike.

Great people, fair prices, andf just downright good people

Thank You
