Not sure how to embed the video
You managed to find the 4wd basic training water crossing mud hole
I'm sure all the WA 4wd training companies take their students to that hole to give an experiance of a water crossing

Sand?

I was hoping for some sand practice this weekend, no takers yet...

Otherwise, I'm open to ideas.
If you're fast, you might get bored waiting for me. Just so you know.
Weather looking good for the weekend.

If any one has some spare time next week, this could be a great opportunity to see some of the country's best riders in action. Unfortunately I can't get away from work. The event is run near Harvey. Details here http://2013a4de.com.au/event-info/

2013 HARVEY FRESH AUSTRALIAN 4 DAY ENDURO

VOLUNTEER HELPERS NEEDED
Since we have completed the helper roster and notified everyone, people have been withdrawing so we are in desperate need of more help.
If your or someone you know can help (even just for 1 day) on Wednesday 17th, Thursday 18th or Friday 19th July please send your details by email to a4deinfo@iinet.net.au

Helping at the A4DE is a terrific way to get involved in the action and the atmosphere of this great event.

You'd be wise to keep a close eye on the rainfall in that area this week. It can get slippery real quick....and spoil which is otherwise a great ride.

Enjoy it if you go.

Just got back from a business trip to Kalgoorlie. It was damn cold out that way. Add the rain that Koos mentioned and you might need an extra wrap or ten at night!

Got a new bike and went for a ride to try it out today, Bike has limited suspension travel but a good selection of gear ratios . I thought that was a bit of an over kill with the huge lump of an engine it has, Found out why it has so many gears, the engine is under powered by a heap, must have some thing to do with the weight of the large fly wheel in the belly of the engine. Just need to get some new riding gear the Sidi boots looked out of place with the Lycra pants. Now how often do you service a Giant push bike.
Kev.

Ride it twice.
Service it.
Ride it again.
Put it in the shed and forget about it.
