in its current form. what you cant see are the tools, etc to the left of the MG.
![]() should be going through some changes in a couple weeks. hopefully turning it into more of a garage then a storage space.

That's a great color on the B, love the fish mouth grill on the 70-72 models also... plus I have a real soft spot for GTs.

he did the whole resto himself back in highschool. when he gets back from VTech, we are going to go over the garage and make it a more user friendly space.

Charming indeed and built like a brick siht house. I tried to tell them that this wasn't your normal buy-at-Lowes shed but they blew it off. They thought they could winch the whole thing up on a trailer.
![]() The base/floor of my shed was 8X16 shipment skid for a piece of heavy equipment made from 6X6's and 2X6's tying them together. I built the rest like a storm shelter. 11 hours later they had it tore down to the skid and still couldn't pull it onto the trailer. We had it halfway on the trailer and then backed it up against a tree and pushed it on. It's gone and the footing is built and will be seeing concrete next week, Tuesday is planned. I'm taking pics and thought I'd post them in sequence when it's done. Looking good

Walkingbear wins!
I could have gone up to 54' wide but then the septic system would have been problematic. The 28' depth was limited by the radio tower. Unfortunately I wasn't thinking shop when I placed that so 28x48 was all I could muster. As far as height, I wanted to go higher but was zoning restricted. I can't go any higher than the existing structure. So the man cave is a series of compromises. ![]() Insulation is in and lath is going on (now complete). The sheetrock is going on now and the next inspection should be Friday. Snag came up with the garage doors. They are 4 to 5 weeks out. Seems R-11 doors aren't readily available in California
