craigslist links

Craigslist links are a no-no here. Our wonderful mods frequently delete Advertisements which contain Craigslist links. Pics/videos/descriptions etc are fine from what I can tell but a link to a Craigslist ad will getcha ever'time. Just a friendly heads-up about those links to craigslist, brother. No offense intended over a few Craigslist links. Good luck with your sale but don't be surprised if this ad goes bye-bye due to those Craigslist links if you don't modify it accordingly and delete your Craigslist links. *cough* craigslist links *cough*

There is a Craigslist thread to post Craigslist links in.

As Blake often says... we're a bit more laid back in this thread as far as links are concerned. No reason to get too picky.

As far as I can tell, Rockies is 99.9% moderation-free.

My personal opinion regarding Flea Market ads is I really don't want to go to another site to see someone's stuff for sale. I rarely go to a outside link if the sellers are to lazy to post at a minimum a price, picture, and description in the section ADVRider has freely given them so sell their stuff.

Nobody even bothers to check the store. Ned's on a perpetual Happy Fun Life™ run and the other mods are from back East and don't bother to read this shit.

I cruise CL just about every day anyway, so seeing a link posted has no panty-bunching effect on me.

I have a bunch of dirt bike tires that still have some life left. Make me a decent offer but the catch is you have to take all 5. I mainly want to get them out of the garage. Best way to contact me is email, second is a PM here. Located in Fort Collins near College & Horsetooth.

2x M404, 110/100-18 (rear)
1x Pirelli Scorpion Pro 90/90-21 (front)
1x M59 80/100-21 (front)
1x misc. Michelin Trial front tire

I don't mind the craigslist links.

I takes literally no effort for me to move my mouse over to the link and click it.

Some people don't have the ability or knowledge to upload photos to a photo-sharing site (ie: Smugmug, Photobucket, etc) and embed in their ADV ads. Craiglist is just easier for them. Since it's so obvious when someone is honestly linking their current CL ads in this thread, I just don't see the issue. Don't like CL links? Don't click on them... simple as that. Let's show a little empathy for our fellow Rockies members. Or is "empathy" now a dirty word?

Depends on your political affiliation. Do you show empathy enough for Detroit to support a bailout?
