Nederland house for rent - with garage

My neighbors, who are awesome people, have moved to Longmont. Their place is on the market but nothing sells up here in the winter season so they are looking to cover some of their mortgage (how much exactly I don't know but I think it would be reasonable).

The house is nice with a great view of James Peak, it has an upstairs loft, a nice main level and a finished lower level. Most importantly, it has a nice big heated garage. It's near upper Magnolia.

PM me if you're interested and I'll put you in touch with them.

FS; Arai 3/4 helmet

We got this helmet from another inmate last year, it was only worn by us on 2 rides, and passing it along for $50.

Arai 3/4 helmet in great condition, size medium. Come and get it (Loveland) or meet me somewhere. I don't want to ship it.

KTM RFS Stuff

I've go some KTM goodies that came with a bike I recently purchased.

GENUINE KTM HARDPARTS 6 GAL TANK made by Acerbis
Very good condition, has some minimal scuffing on the lower front corner. $200 p/u, $250 shipped in the lower 48.

RECLUSE Z START AUTOCLUTCH
I just pulled this off the bike Saturday. I had a chance to ride it for a couple hours last week and the autoclutch worked very well, easily fired up with the electric start in gear. All the parts are there including the extra tuning shims and extra screws provided by Recluse. This unit comes with the parts for manual clutch override. SOLD

RECLUSE LEFT HAND REAR BRAKE
This is the earlier style that replaces the clutch mastercylinder. It pressurizes the rear brake res so the rear brake pedal is also retained. Easily locked up the rear wheel using the lever. SOLD

PM if your interested. Thanks for looking.

Bike has been custom mapped for the Apex exhausts w/ the Arko header and pulls really strong. Funnest street bike ever.

Accessories:
Stock seat & Custom comfort seat
Cycra handguards
Puig windscreen
Slider pucks
FMF Apex Exhaust
Fender Eliminator
Aftermarket Brake and Clutch levers
Fork Mounted LED Lights w/ Hi/Low Dimmer and High Beam bypass
Aux LED brake light

Need to make room for/raise funds for a Ducati Multistrada 1200 I have my eyes set on.

Note: The bike has a salvage title, but is in perfect working order & runs great. Bike was written off because of some side panel damage and a dented radiator and handlebars...ridiculous. It is mechanically sound and the frame is straight.

BMW F650 GS/Dakar wheels

I have a set of stock BMW wheels from my Dakar- 17/21" set up with Michelin T63 tires (about 700 miles on them) and heavy duty tubes. Wheels will fit any F650 to G650 maybe 700 also? as well as the Husqvarna 650's from 2001-present.
Good shape with a few scratches/nicks from rocks and tire changes. Straight, no dents or flat spots. Bearings in good shape. Includes front rotor, but NO rear rotor or cush/sprocket carrier or spacers.
$600 picked up in Longmont. Don't really want to ship them. PM me if you have any questions or want them.
Thanks!
