Looks like 2 sections of unpaved roads (If they in fact exist). One from Tono to the Alpha/Centralia road and the other from Mossyrock to Toledo. The first is through the steam plant/coal mine and may not be open but looks interesting. The second may exist but is logging roads and they have a habit of changing.
Sorry we won't be able to be there - The main reason I bought the Wee Strom was to explore new roads and get off of the familiar pavement on rides such as this.

Don't know about unpaved roads but the one from the coal plant (Big Hanaford Rd) thru Tono to Bucoda is a fun little paved road. Watch out for dips and repairs . I rode some of those last summer from Alpha to Bucoda bring along a GPS because some of them dead end way off the beaten path without warning.

Some day we need to explore all the dirt roads in/around Mt. St. Helens between Nf-25 and I-5 been wanting to do that for awhile.

I won't be able to get out of work, but i will make a b-line to the fishbowl as soon as i get off. somewhere around 5 ish. But here's a run through capitol forest that might be fun. should only be about a 2 hour run. just have your gps auto calculate the route.
