What was wrong?

Kept blowing the main 20amp fuse, which kills everything on the bike (No lights, motor dies, much like no battery). Fix was a rub spot in the main wiring harness up under behind the front dash. Took about 3 hours to find the rub spot, it was tiny. I also found a couple of scorch marks that showed where it was grounding. Re-wrapped everything and re-secured it. Main harness looks better as well. Glad I could avoid the shop cost and the AAA paid for the tow. Now just needs to get above freezing in the morning to make commuting easier.

They had harness recalls for that, IIRC.

Supposed to be nice tomorrow...for winter that is. Anybody interested in a Happy Hour meet up tomorrow? That fireplace in the Blitz Ladd was nice last "last year".
