Took a small detour to work yesterday and tries messing with some different mountings of the lens.

Had a real scare getting back out on the tarmac that was brand new, rear end spun out really alot, to the point that i lifted the left foot of the peg to not get it jammed if it would slide all the way to where i would have laid down the bike. Didn't dare to just let go of the throttle fully, but turned it back some and the bike came back up with some wobble.

Was really happy it could have been good video ...but the camera had failed on me by then, for some reason it had shut of at some point.

But here is the good parts i got before it went out:

That's gotta be one of the best forward directed bike mounts I've seen. Really cool! Its very steady and please tell me how you mounted it. Pics?

Used the mounting products that u can buy to the VIO camera. Might look at making something a bit more secure, the clamp with ball joint isn't feeling super secure.

Hey Scott, wow that spill sure must have been a surprise! Good thing you were wearing quality gear. Where is your video shot?

Really nice point of view! I have been meaning to try something like that with mine.

Do you have a Recluse in? I see you don't use your clutch much.

It's in SoCal between Lake Hughes and I5. A great trail for big bikes as well.

Unimpressed

The video was shot with a GoPro Helmet Cam mounted to the handlebars of my 950 SE. It was our first run at Deals Gap. Don't flame me to a crisp.
