Trip Report: Tasmania, Lime Bay (or ... VTX1800 as ADV off-roader?)
Just finished a veeeery nice trip on the East Coast of Tasmania with overnite camp at Lime Bay.
The cast of characters included at various times: Daniel 'Nothing to see here', Jim 'lout', Daz 'That Aussie Guy', Justin '#nonADV#', Mark 'FuddyLogic', Middi 'Middi', Stuart '#notyetADV#', Andy 'Andy-Gadget', Pam '#nonADV,and_ex_rider#', Andreas 'DonQx' The ride was organised at the 'hopefully to be of continued use' thread 'Tasmanian Riders Hub' at http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=218696&page=4. Haven't got my pics fully organised yet, but should get some up within the next 12 hours. Fuddy, Dan ... u're on-line and faster than me ... how 'bout if you go first? :-) a.

Ahhh ... Andy's heaps faster than anyone else ...
Ta for the nice pics! Being a luddite and all that sort of stuff, including a slow dial-up connection, it'll take me a while to get anything up ... ;-) a. Here's the first ... Wielangta picnic area

definitely a custom job ... includes a platform for latte & expresso making, and a tripod with rack for camp fire (as far as I can remember) ... only a few hundred little iron sticks welded together ... Andy is a bit obsessed with triangulation (among other things) ... can't find a close up pic right now ... maybe someone else has one later ... :-) a.
