Hey Bikerbilly... I had a lot of Achilles trouble 20 years ago. I went to the Dr for it and he gave me a small heel lift about 15 mm thick to put in my shoe. It feels better instantly as the tendon doesn't have to stretch so much,

Next time it occurred I put a small square of carpet under my heel in my shoe which worked equally as well. Give it a try...it's free.

yeah the doc mentioned about the heel lift and Im going to see podiatrist tomorrow so he might have some.

Can anyone recommend any good comfy work boots???
