Cool2 Back on Deck

Went for my first ride in over 6 months last weekend, the shoulder has finally gained enough movement to hang onto and turn a set of handle bars

I've still got a long way to go but at least I can ride again, shit it felt good. Can't risk anything too wild for awhile.

The Tiger started and ran like always, covered in dust & cobwebs, I watched a spider running up and down the handle bars for about 20kms!

Did a lazy cruise to Chain of ponds, Lobethal and back, looking to do a loop out to Sedan and back soon, get back into it slowly.

Question Why would anyone want to trailer a Tiger, they're just so dammed comfortable?

Sounds like there's a few Tiger converts out there now? (once you've gone 3 ways you'll never go back)

Cheers All keep the dusty side up.
Brett

You can ease up to, 'Scrap Heap Adventure' indeed! If it was the ' Mint Condition Enduro Classic Adventure' you might have a point. This is a highly collectable classic marquee we are talking about here fellas.

Cool2 Saturday Ride

Well, I'm taking a very relaxed paced ride this Saturday, meeting up with a mate at the Gepps Cross Hotel car park around 10.00am cruise up through Houghton, Inglewood then dirt / tar back roads through to Lyndoch for a coffee.
See how the shoulder holds up, then head for home or Sedan Pub, (play it by ear, no set plan).

Any and all welcome to join in at your own risk, This will be an easy one, as I'm still not 100%, my mate & I will be on Tigers.

Cheers Brett

Would love to Brett but am helping the wife with a garage sale of her deceased mum's gear on Saturday and maybe into Sunday too. At this stage, can't even get away to watch the Centrals v Magpies game at Elizabeth.....

Spent all evening taking the bloody Safari tank off the Tiger only to find that the air cleaner was in pristine nick......but did find the fuse responsible for the spotlights I caused to blow just after I got the bike...

Thanks to PBee and You Tube for the tank removal instructions......I'll never complain about DR or DRZ air cleaner maintenance again.....

Hi everyone, looking for some tips on a good spot to ride and camp in SA. Have a brother in Adelaide and one on the Yorke Pensinula so we're looking for somewhere possibly north of Adelaide. With only two of us owning bikes, we're looking to hire a bike for the weekend. Do not sure if anyone knows a good place to go in Adelaide? Thanks
