It's a HUE..

In opponent color spaces in which two of the axes are perceptually orthogonal to lightness, such as the CIE 1976 (L*, a*, b*) (CIELAB) and 1976 (L*, u*, v*) (CIELUV) color spaces, hue may be computed together with chroma by converting these coordinates from rectangular form to polar form. Hue is the angular component of the polar representation, while chroma is the radial component.

Specifically, in CIELAB, while analogously, in CIELUV.

Where, atan2 is a two-argument inverse tangent.

Computing hue from RGBPreucil[7] describes a color hexagon, similar to a trilinear plot described by Evans, Hanson, and Brewer,[8] which may be used to compute hue from RGB. To place red at 0, green at 120, and blue at 240.

Hi Mittafong.

Here is a link to the Magistrates Court website relating to pleading not guilty.

http://www.courts.sa.gov.au/RepresentYourself/Offence/Pages/default.aspx

This is not my area, but a quick look at the Magistrate Court Regulations doesn't immediately throw up any specific Court fees, but I recommend that you ring the Magistrates Court phone number on their website just to make sure.

If you are unsuccessful, as well as the fine and the victims of crime levy, the prosecution will apply for you to pay their costs, which will probably exceed what you would have originally been up for on the infringememnt notice.

If you win however, you can have a crack at them for your costs.

You can expect to pay upwards of $350 per hour for a lawyer to represent you, and KTM riders don't qualify for Legal Aid.

Good luck.

Congrats Arron & Cassandra.

Don't worry about the night & day thing, (good practice for the 24)!

Cheers Brett

My old man & I contested a traffic offence 25 years ago here in SA and it was 150.00 costs back then!

We were both on Ducati 900ss bikes, they just laughed and pronounced us guilty.

Good luck.

Probably included witness fees back then Brett, if they had to come along and provide evidence. These days, and especially what Phil's problem is, involves cameras and certificates, thus reducing the cost of conducting the 'contest'.

Hey, anyone heading out to Eudunda next Saturday to have a gander and support our intrepid ADV/DBW crew participating in the 24? I am taking the Tiger out there for the day, not staying overnight, and was going to explore some tracks enroute. Anyone interested? Maybe leave the BP Main Street Gawler at 0830 Sat morning, and at this stage the only food/refreshment stop will be at the counter at the Eudunda Main. Coming back might be up to the individual, but I'll probably slab it if it gets late.

Hey PBee, for what it's worth. Fuel light came on 30 kms out of Gawler, cluster tells me that I still have 70 km to empty and just put 26 litres in. At around 16 km/L I reckon I've got bang on 30 litres at my disposal.

Hay Aaron, I suppose you are on for a very BIG family.

Your poor wife can't possibly get much sleep with you in the room.

Surely a bit of pro bono work wouldn't hurt you Tim?
