Time for an Oil Change

Just wondering what everyone is using for their oil . I ride a R1100Gs and have been staying with BMW oil , but was wondering what my options are. Is anyone using Castrol from Walmart , or HD oil , or Mobil 1 or whatever else is out there?

Any bike oil will be fine.

Run synthetic if you'd like to go a little further between changes.

I use the same (20w50) but it says it for 4 stroke motorcycle oil.The BMW dealer told me to use it. I buy it at Canadian Tire.

If it has one of these warning labels on the jug, then it probably isn't...
