Did you get the KLX back together yet?
Yep sure did, running a bit rich at the moment but I'll get it tuned out. No more weeping half moons though after the head cover gasket replacement, valves were in check, and all is well!

Have fun on Wednesday, what tire did you go with? D606?

Nope, trying a Kenda 760 this time

Don't intend to use it for much road work

I know a few people running the 706s, they have good things to say, let me know your thoughts after you break them in!

Hey Bundy, I fabricate and sell dual sport luggage racks. Those side cases are the Givi E21's on my side racks. They're light as a feather and proving to be extremely useful. The rear rack comes ready to bolt on a RotopaX Gas Pack if desired. See my signature for the link to my website. Thanks, Tom

Has anybody owned all three of the DRZ models,E-S-SM (model K-kick only not incl.) I am asking for information about the possible different linkage shape, ratio, shock size etc. I picked up a complete SM swingarm, linkage, shock, chain guides, sliders, pivot bolt etc but no wheel.I have the E model can anything be used? Looks brand new with almost 0 wear on the slider and chain guide. Maybe someone with experience owning the different models can enlighten me.Thank you in advance for your help...Oh its an 08 SM and I have 00 E . Any shock improvements?...

You gained a barely stiffer rear spring, but lost the clamshell adjusters, so its really a loose.

I have one of his earlier versions and LOVE IT. Just need to order a RotoPax for it. Damn Mod Bug just gets worse and worse....

Good tires. They are very nice off road. Hard rock and shale tends to wear them alot. Also if running on hardtop temps above 25C tend to wear them really fast. I find they are decent on the street for knobby. Once you get used to the feel.

Just removed the stock header on my ''S'' model, is it normal that one of the bolts is a actuall allen head bolt (side closest to the frame) and the other side its actually studded with a nut that holds on the header? so i got one bolt, and the other side is studded with a nut?

Normal or someone has messed with it before?
