This link is what I used to do the water pump fix when mine started leaking. No issues for a couple years since.

That's where I got most of my information. I'm just wondering if I go to all the trouble to pull the side cover and RTV the ceramic washer, doesn't it make more sense just to replace it with the new assembly for an additional $50 over the cost of gaskets/RTV/etc to do the "fix"?

Front and rear are Pirelli RallyCross MT 21 's. The front is a 120/90-17, the rear is a 130/90 -17.

And FYI I have tried searching ADV Rider and this thread, but it appears that the search function is down.

what gaskets? the reusable rubber ones or the side cover one that's reusable? you don't need new gaskets unless you rip the paper side cover one, eben then $5 tube of copper gasket maker fixes that issue.

The new parts are just as likely to fail as the old ones. I haven't heard of anyone needing to redo the "fix". I did mine when it was 4(?) years old. No problem to date and the engine has been torn down twice and I've never changed back to "new" parts.

The SM rotor is the same size as the RM and most "street" bikes.

FCR 39 for Tubliss system.

Hi, I have a spare FCR 39 that I would like to swap for a 21 and 18 inch Tubliss system (Gen2), plus spare inner tubes to suit.
If interested give me a PM,
Cheers
Dennis

I've got a left over set of Wolfman side racks from my DRZ if anyone is interested.

Feel free to make me an offer.

Here's the Flea Market Ad.

Put on a WolfMan enduro pocket tank bag, holds me keys, phone, wallet and camera, so i dont have to have all that stuff in me pockets anymore, definately worth the $, sets up in a few minutes, and once its on, does not budge at all, nice piece for sure imo.

Those are the Power Madd mirrors, cost about $15-$20 bucks new for a set, depends on where you get them from, ebay, amazon, etc.

They work great, and show lots more then the stockers, they also show your blind side too, and the mirrors themselves rotate, so you can get the angle that works for you, im really happy with them.

And it looks like you just used the same bolt that was there securing the plastic handguard to the barkbuster?

Same spot, different bolt, i needed one that was a bit longer, so that i could slide the mirror on it, and then washer and locknut to keep it in place.

The mirrors swivel too btw, if you need them too, but even in a drop, they do not get damaged, as me how i know
