Nope, sorry-I bought the bike used and it came with a yosh pipe and didn't come with the stocker pipe. I'm pretty sure that if I pay you for it it'll be enough for a stock exhaust though?

Have one sitting in my shed doing nothing. It fits my 2009 400S, never used and if you want it you can buy it plus shipping. Cheap.

Send me a PM.

Thanks for the offers guys but I already got one, thanks anyway! Happy riding.

Hmm, I actually have another question-do you need any special tools to install a jetting kit? I remember seeing a jet changer tool or something, is this needed to change it? Thanks

My KLx400R (offroad model) has an FCR carb (which is different than the CV as we all know) and I used a 6mm 6-point socket to change the main jet in it. The carb also has small metric allen head bolts holding the bowl and top cover on. Your's will be metric but the sizes might be different. The pilot jet on mine is removed with a flat blade screwdriver. Most importantly, go slow and have a small cup or dish to put everything in. Stuff gets lost easy when I'm working on carbs. Good luck!

Renthal CR HIGH plust 1 inch risers

My 2005 DRZ400S has stock handlebars with 1 inch Dirtly risers. If I put a CR High bend bar on the bike, will the stock cables still work?

Really want more rise to make standing easier but not really excited about needing to change all of the cables

Just did this a week ago. Got the CR High bends plus 1" risers with plenty of slack left in the cable. Be prepared to move your igniton though, as there isnt much room to fit a key in with the new bars.

I didn't have to move mine but mine is an offroad model so no gauges getting in the way.

What I did for the DR.Z today...

Woke up early this morning and tore the bike down to check the valve clearances (all good and within spec ) and also finally get around to installing my TT MCCT! So much peace of mind now! Bike seems a little more quiet too but could be my imagination. DRZ is a noisy motor anyways .

Some pics...

(slack and cam gears not fully aligned in this pic because I had remived the stock CCT thus taking some tension off the chain)

TT MCCT installed and locked down

BTW the instructions on the piece of paper you get from TT need to be revised IMO. It says to finger tighten the MCCT and rotate the crank while taking up the slack in the chain by feeling the nut on the MCCT and tightening it when you feel the slack. I questioned this part of the install and I NEVER did that extra step on any of my other bikes (I install a MCCT on all of my bikes). When I did this what TT suggested and was rotating my crank after 1 revolution I heard the dreaded sound of cam gears jumping timing !!! Intake cam gear was trying to jump a tooth or two. Thankfully I was able to get it fixed without having to remove the cam gears. I would not do that extra step at all. Tighten it down finger tight while watching the cam chain take up the slack. One you've got it finger tight then snug up the locking jam nut. THEN rotate the crank while watching the chain.

No issues and bike runs fine.
